  Aaron Hovland, CIC

  Owner/Producer

  Aaron was born and raised in West Fargo, ND and graduated from West Fargo High School. He started college at the University of North Dakota and finished at Minnesota State University, Moorhead with a degree in Business Administration. Aaron has been a Certified Insurance Counselor since 2010 and an insurance producer since 2002. He lives in West Fargo, North Dakota with his wife and two kids.

  Pat Jones, CIC

  Owner/Producer

  Pat was born and raised in Fargo, North Dakota, graduating from Fargo South High School. He attended college at North Dakota State University and Moorhead Technical College and he has a degree in Marketing. He has been a Certified Insurance Counselor since 2005 and an insurance producer since 1992. He lives near Audubon, Minnesota on Little Cormorant Lake with wife, Jennifer and boys, Zackary and Logan.

  Joan Behrens

  Owner/Office Manager

  Joan was born and raised near Wheaton, Minnesota and graduated from Wheaton High School. She attended Minnesota State University, Moorhead, MN graduating with a degree in Accounting. Joan has been in the insurance industry for 35 years. Joan started working as a CSR in personal and commercial lines, eventually moving into the accounting department. Joan is currently the office manager, as well as a licensed producer.

  Jalissa Hoffman

  CSR/Marketing

  Jalissa grew up in Maddock, North Dakota and graduated from Lake Region State College in Devils Lake, North Dakota. She moved to Fargo in 2012 and started in the insurance industry in 2014. She is the customer service representative (CSR), handles the marketing for the agency and is also a licensed producer. Jalissa lives in Fargo with her husband and their son.
