    I chose to be a physician to help people and be an educator. Patients need to understand what ails them to be active in their treatment plan. ENT/FPS drew me in because of the complex anatomy, areas treated and variety of patients (ages and conditions). I also enjoy the procedural/surgical aspects of the specialty. And, after practicing medicine for six years I made the decision to open my own practice and am excited about my future in medicine.
